Welcome to Skillentora. These Terms of Service govern your enrollment in and use of professional skills development offerings at skillentora.com. By enrolling in our services, purchasing our digital materials, or acquiring our branded goods, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Service Offerings

Skillentora provides:

• Live training sessions and workshops.
• Recorded courses, ebooks, and other educational materials.
• Branded materials and merchandise.

3. Enrollment and Delivery

Upon enrollment in a live session, you will receive a schedule and access details. For digital materials, access will be granted upon confirmation. Physical goods will be shipped to the address provided.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services (Live Sessions and Workshops)

Cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 7 days prior are not eligible for a refund due to resource allocation and instructor commitments. Alternatively, you may transfer your enrollment to a future session by notifying us via contact form at least 5 days before the start date.

4.2 Digital Products (Ebooks and Video Courses)

Requests for a refund of digital materials must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase and before any significant access has occurred. Approved reimbursements will be processed back to the original payment source within 14 business days.

4.3 Physical Goods (Branded Materials and Merchandise)

Unused physical items in original condition may be mailed to us within 30 days of receipt. Once we confirm receipt of the item, we will issue a reimbursement to the original payment source. You are responsible for mailing costs unless the item is defective. For defective items, please notify us immediately for a replacement or reimbursement.

5. Payment Methods

All fees are payable online via the methods offered at the time of purchase.

6. Modifications

Skillentora reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. For any questions, please use our contact form.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

8. Completion

By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
